In March 2022, I moved into a nice rental house. Immediately I noticed there was little to no hot water. Upon investigation of the hot water heater, I noticed several leaks with rust present (see before photos). I notified the property management company about the issues. Two very rude repairmen showed up and attempted to fix it, but the leak only got worse. In April, I reached out to Tactical Plumbing Solutions about the issues. Mr. James showed up within a day and pointed out several dangerous issues surrounding the hot water heater, including the shortcuts the property management took; for example, the entire support of the hot water heater was done by only a few bricks, or by not properly venting the tank outside. Not only did he replace the hot water heater, he also repaired all of the additional issues left over from the property management company. It makes me feel better and safer living here knowing that I have a properly functioning, properly and professionally installed hot water heater. Mr. James was professional, honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tactical Plumbing Solutions and will use them again. Thank you, Mr. James!

I called Tactical on March 1, 2023 early in the morning because I had a bad leak in the attic. James Dye was at my house less then 2 hours later and had the repair made less than one hour later. I had had someone out to make the repair before. James explained that the repair was bad due to using primer that wasn't needed on CPVC. I was impressed with his professionalism, his expertise, and the quick response & repair. Great job!
